hot syncing palm tx and quicken to windows vi

my palm tx pocket quicken won't hot sync with my windows vista computer. I have quicken 2008 starter edition on the computer. It hot syncs fine with my windows xp computer and I need it to sync with the new windows vista computer........all other palm programs are hot syncing fine on the vista. I need help
