Comment: so im very new to this forum and i've been reading about how if your going to upgrade you should do a clean install. well doesnt that erase ALL the programs and everything you have? i dont want to that being that i got my laptop last week and i dont want to upgrade tdue to all the errors everybodys having so any other suggestions? any help is appreciated
