Ok what are your specs and what type of games are you trying to run?

If you are running games that are beyond your specs then that is the reason some games aren't working well.

You don't need a genius, you need a mind reader.

Frankly speaking, I understand why some games may not work if you do not have enough horsepower in your system, but I do not understand why applications should not work.

Assuming you have the horsepower in your PC to run the games which you cannot play at the moment, you must update drivers of your system components, such as graphics card, chipset, etc.and decrease resolution if necessary and then try to play your games. For both games and programs to work properly, you may try changing your DEP (Data Execution Prevention) settings to " always off "

Hope the above helps.

The term - may not - does not mean “might not.” Do they work or don't they work?
