i have a 500gig western digital hardrive, ship to me from my client.. i cant see it in my computer... i guess the problem is the file system is not NTFS.. what to do without sacrificing the file content...the content is very important to me.thanks

what method are you using? Are you slaving the drive on the PC
ribbon or did you use a usb enclosure?

Go to computer management and then click disk management. Can you see the drive from this screen? You may just need to assign it a drive letter.
