Ok, so I literally JUST got my laptop back from dell this morning (screen issue, had to get it replaced... actually purchased it, had it for less than 24 hrs before I sent it back out and now it's finally back in my possession again).

Anyways, I booted it up fine this morning, and tinkered with it a bit, and then proceeded to add Blackberry Desktop Manager because I just got a blackberry.

After restarting I got a gray screen that loaded up only after I logged onto my laptop, and if I waited a minute or two it would go away and vista would load normally.
While the gray screen is up I can move my mouse (bluetooth) and see it move around, and I can ctrl-alt-del to load up task manager and some other options, but the gray screen is still there for a while.

I don't know whats going on but I would LIKE to be able to use my NEW laptop without problems from day one. Is there some sort of simple fix I can do to have a normal load process?
Or is there a new problem that I may have to have fixed?

Any help would be great, thanks :)
