Had a router go bad. Got new one installed and both my desk top and lap top are back on line. However, my HP 7300xi is connected to my desk top, but not to my lap top. It comes up Off Line. Any help to get it back on line?
Printer problems such as you describe are usually a driver problem. Go to hp.com and download the current driver for your model, install and see where it takes you.
