Freezing Problems

Guys ,

Just brought a brand new Laptop which has vista business pre-installed , I have been getting problems with it where after a while it will just freeze/hang , anyone got any advice?
Specs:
Acer Aspire 5610Z
Pentium Dual - core T2060 1.6ghz 533mhz FSB 1mb L2Cache

Intel graphics media accelerator 950
120gb Hard drive
1gb DDR2

Comes with the following software loaded
acer crystalbrite
acer arcade deluxe media center
acer empowering technology
acer video conference
acer signal up

Sounds hardware related: like mountain said, heat or bad memory. Possibly mobo. Since it's new, you should call Gateway -- send it back if you can -- maybe they'll just replace it. Good luck.
