Solved Formatting Hard Drive with Windows Vista

Specs: Windows Vista, 2 gig of Ram
I want to start with a clean Hard Drive for installing Windows7 Home. Currently this computer has Windows Vista installed on it.

1. Does Vista have Administrative Tools, Disk Management, to Format the Hard Drive? If not I can connect to my Windows7 Admin Tools and do it from my Win7 computer.

2. Will Windows7 run OK with 2 Gigabytes of Memory?

3. My Grandson wants to edit 1080P Video captured from a drone with this computer which is an HP Model MCP61PM-HM REV:1.08. (I know it is old)

4. Will 2 Gigs of memory work or must I add 2 Gigs more?

Thanks for answering my 4 questions.

I suggest you add more RAM (up to 4GB total for W7 32-bit, more for W7 64-bit) & add a PCIe x16 graphics card that supports HD.

Repartition & reformat the hard drive during the Win7 installation process.
