I have stupid pages from pourinfo.c.la popping up on my laptop at the moment since i changed over my internet security from norton to nod32.Will i have to format the laptop to get rid of it.If so how do you format with vista. Thanks

NOD32 in & of itself does not contain malicious codes - that defeats the whole purpose of the program.
Interestingly, there are reports that some versions of NOD32 -- obtained from illegal or hack sources -- often contain spyware, trojans & the likes. It seems you may have gotten your copy that way, hence the reason for the annoying "pourinfo.c.la" popups after switching from Norton to a "repacked" version of NOD32.
You don't have to reformat, but you do have to get rid of that hacked copy of NOD32 that is currently on your system because of the adverse effects of the modification done to it. If you prefer something low cost or free altogether, there's a handful free AV utilities out there that offer decent malicious protection that you can use instead of messing with a cracked program with a potential for an unsavory experience - as you've just witnessed.
I would advice that you repost this as a security inquiry in the Virus forum rather than reformat the system as a first response. But if it all boils down to that (I doubt it should) all you need to wipe the system is your Vista DVD.
Do you have that?

G13: First forget what Sabertooth said.
Now pourinfo.c.la pops-up on the browser that is set to be your default one, e.g.Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc.
What you do is, download Opera (it is a web browser) install it and set it to be your default internet browser. After doing that uninstall Opera. And don't make any internet browser your default one.
