Find the root folder and make a short cut of that folder or you can do a system restore.

It's not just one folder. ALL my yellow standard folders
don't have an icon. And if i make a new folder, the new
folder doesn't have an icon either.

rayray, Try starting your computer in SAFE mode then restart in in Normal mode. This should rebuild the iconcache and may correct the problem.

Thanks for replying.

I tried starting it up in safe mode, but it didn't do anything.
I still don't have the folder icons.

And also, i would like to not do a system restore.

Any more suggestions?

Thanks.

Yeah, but that only works for ONE folder....
I wanna change ALL my folders....

Also if i check "do this for all subfolders"... it doesn't work.
It doesn't change all subfolders. I have to do each folder
seperately.

Any more help guys?

Thanks.
