Folks,
Going CRAZY here.....
I almost never work with Vista.
However...I'm using a Vista Home Basic computer on which I at one point right-clicked that floating shortcut bar at the top of the desktop (called a bar, or dock, or something)...
But...now I cannot get it back....I have looked everywhere but can find nothing about it.
It may be b/c I don't know it's proper name...but since it's a signature Vista feature...it seems like info about it would be everywhere.
It's gotta be super simple....I but I'm completely stumped.
Does anyone know how to get that back?
Thanks very much.

SOLVED
(for anyone else referencing this )
It was a Dell-specific issue.
The computer was an Inspiron notebook with Vista home basic, which does not have that particular feature.
It is actually a Dell utility that is included with many of their Vista PC's and available for download at:
It just had to be re-downloaded and installed.
It may actually work with any XP or above PC...Dell or not.
