Flash streaming

Specs: Windows Vista
Hi all, i've been trying to fix this problem countless times but i never seem to get anywhere, so i'm throwing in the towel and hoping you guys can help me.
I use a website called Stickam, a webcam broadcasting service. Problem is 95% of the time the streams won't load, i get ''connecting'' in the mini-player (flash) followed by a blank screen, like it's unable to stream. (provide screenshots at bottom of post)
Now i've tried using Chrome and IE, doesn't make a difference. I've also tried updating Flash to latest version, still nothing, including enabling cookies etc etc.. even running Firefox in Safemode (no add-ons) and nothing seems to resolve this.
I'm at my wits end trying to solve this problem, my computer is quite capable and so is my internet connection.. youtube and other streaming sites work fine and my ISP doesn't have this site blocked or anything.
If anyone could help i'd be amazed, a few of my friends are on there and i'm never able to chat to them :(
Any help much appreciated.
Thank you.
Oh and i'm running Vista x64 with 4gig RAM 4870HD ATI graphics card and a 3.3ghz q6600 processor.

See Response 2 in this about things that affect how well streaming works:

Post the link here to where this isn't working properly so we can test it - it may be the site is having problems and it doesn't stream properly for at least some others as well.

"a few of my friends are on there "

Have one of them look in the Help or forum on the site to see if they can find info about your problem and how to fix it, and have them report that to you.
