Comment: Hi all, got a problem with new Windows Vista and Flash app. Every time I create a new file .fla, save it as examplexyz.fla and re-open it, is says "Windows can not find the file ".fla". Please make sure that filename is spelled correctly and then try again." The Flash app version is Flash MX version 6, but can not find any patch or some site who tells that Vista is not compatible with that version... Does someone has an idea about this ? Thanks a lot. Don´t freak out until you know the facts...Relax...!

Reply: (edit)More than likely that program isn't fully Vista compliant. It's outdated and Macromedia was bought out by Adobe so you're probably not going to find too much info on it (and they probably won't release any updates for it). So if you don't want to shell out the $$ for the CS3 version of Flash you can try using the Compatibility tab to adjust the settings on the installed .EXE file (find the .EXE and right-click on it and select Properties). Not sure if this will help you out or not....
