when downloading any items from the internet (web based email account or programs from websites like Mozilla) the download runs and then disappears when I try to access it. It does not appear in any searches I then perform on the system, or in the download file. I have tried saving to a different destination but that disappears as well. Any suggestions how to fix the problem?
