I often transfer large amounts of pictures between computers. (about 2000) It takes forever. I transfer them to an external hard drive then transfer them again to the second computer (2 hours). I've tried transfer wizard (too long- and it grabs all jpgs -not just personal pics), I need something to do this faster- even if I hook up both computers together it takes a couple hours. any suggestions?

not the most practical solution but what about taking the hard drive out of the first pc and slaving it into the second pc...

ILL GIVE YOU A HINT--- the better brands of external hard drives are several times faster. really, they are. Also, watch for the USB port. USB1 is very slow.. Also, look into the ESATA port. this will become the standard.

Average Guy, looking for love, but I came to the wrong place
