Hi everyone, i have a strange problem that i'd like help with please if anybody knows. My icons have the "Shared" icon on them, i goto delete it also says it's shared. Also in "Shared by me" search are tons of my personal files and i don't know why. I have Sharing turnt off on network and sharing options, also have it off on my drive, i've tried everything i can think of but they STILL have the shared icon and are still in the "shared by me" folder, like.. everything? Really confused as to what to do, please help. Reguards~ Hannah.
-edit / update- I've found another place with somebody with the exact same problem... http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software... Thing is i can right click a file > properties > security.. and remove the SID (user) that way but i can only do this one file at a time and there's many many files, anyone know how to do this all at once please? Thank you :)

Just a quick update, sorry i'm trying to get this resolved asap, so i'm keeping anyone/everyone updated on what's going on. There's two programs i'm considering "Sysprep" which comes with vista, perhaps i can remove the old SID that way? or NewSID but i heard that it doesn't work well with vista. Any ideas please? or thoughts? Thanks.
