Favicon Bookmark Bar Help (PrivaZer-related issue)

March 25, 2014 at 08:59:42
Specs: Windows Vista
Vista is my OS.
When I open Chrome some of the favicons on the bookmarks bar look like a piece of paper with top corner folded. If I click on the paper and the website loads the paper disappears and the correct favicon is on the bookmark bar.
How do I make it so that the favicon does not look like paper and the correct favicon shows all of the time? Only a few favicons look like paper.
Do the favicons turn to paper because of clearing things like cookies and history?
I do not have this issue with Firefox.

You need to create a Google account (it's free) or sign in to your existing Google account. Google will then save your custom bookmark icons provided by each website, and will also keep your bookmarks and icons synced across all devices where you log in to your Google account.

Make sure your Google cookies aren't deleted whenever you perform a clean-up, otherwise you will have to keep signing in.

Ccleaner can preserve cookies you don't want deleting:

When I use PrivaZer seems to make the favicons in Chrome look like a piece of paper. Other than not using PrivaZer any ideas how to prevent this?
The issue also happens when I clear the cache. Can I prevent this from happening?
