I've got Vista Ultimate 64-Bit & I have PDF file preview working. I do not have Adobe but Foxit PDF Reader & the Foxit handler that I posted in my prior response was what helped allow the preview.

I might not have worded my first post very well. My problem is, when in my documents folder any pdf files that are in there have the first page being used as the thumbnail. Now that I updated to 64bit, I just have the Adobe icon being displayed for pdf's. Every other file type displays like pictures & videos, etc. Hope that makes sense.
