i uninstalled spyware terminator and everything has gone small. not just the internet but everything...it's doing my head in :p.

Have you checked your Zoom setting to see if it's set to 100% which is default. Open IE>View>Zoom or if you have the Status Bar selected in View>Toolbars you'll find the Zoom option above your clock. If that's not it check out your Screen Resolution in Display Properties>Settings tab. Tufenuf
