i recently dowloaded a driver for my printer onto my laptop. a few days later when i turned my computer on, all of my stuff was erased: my entire i-tunes library, all of the pictures i had saved, all of my favorites, my background, my hompage, my passwords, and my history. and everytime i turn my computer on, its the same thing. how do i fix it?????????
