Error when installing SP1 RTM

I was trying to install SP1 RTM and I got an error message, it tells me to go to this URL so I did and I did all the stuff it says but no luck, still doesn't work anyone ever experience this? Thanks http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947366

An internal error occurred while installing the service pack then it tells me to go to that URL

go to that website that you listed and check your harddrive for errors. Make sure that there are no errors on your harddrive and then try the service pack again.

Then there is probably a error with your sp1 rtm. You might want to try to download it again.
