Your program uses Macromedia's "Director Player" to display images on the
screen. Macromedia now belongs to Adobe, and the "Director Player" is now
labelled as "Shockwave Player". The first version of Shockwave Player to be
compatible with Vista is v 10.2.0.21, released in April 2007.

You can try downloading and installing the latest Shockwave player from
Adobe, and uninstalling the old Director version.

Can any other computer get this to work?

Might try a linux live cd/dvd and see if you can get it's browser to work.

Be sure to contact the company or whatever is offering this as they may know the exact answer.
