|Toshiba laptop p305. Vista home pro|
Laptop gets an error message at boot up wtexlp60.dll missing or corrupt at boot.
Goggled to find out what it is associated with to no avail.
I would like to stop the system from trying to load it at boot......How?
Not my computer, just asked to fix it....the error.
Ran anti virus,spyware. ccleaner.
Considered doing a clean install as they don't want to save files, but there are a host of other hardware problems.
Restore partition is gone.
Have a vista cd and a restore cd.
But the battery only holds a charge for 20 minutes and
the power plug has to be fiddled with to run off charger,,,,and don't dare move it.
I can just see it shut down on format or install.
So all I am going to do is get rid of the error message and give this back to them.
Not up on vista
Any help would be appreciated.
