My laptop suddenly froze and now, when it is booted, it always just says, "Error loading operating system." I am not sure why this happened because it was so sudden but I did mess with my SID a few days earlier. However, the laptop was fine until now.
My BIOS version is 89.24 and my hard drive is SATA HDD: WDC WD2500BEVS-22UST0-(S1).
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could answer me on why this might have happened and how i can fix it. (preferably while keeping all my data)
