I wanna get this error off my comp. but I'm broke and everything says free but its not. any cheaper fixes?

got all the way to open as admin. black window came up and dissappeared. ?

try just double click on register.bat our patience is big

Did you remember to put REGSVR32 WUPS2.DLL /S in the top left on the very first line ?

I'm having the same 646 error code. I tried your suggested fix and it didn't work for me either. I'll keep searching for a fix.
