when installing norton ant-virus, i get error: (9999, 17x)...I RAN NORTON REMOVAL TOOL AND WENT TO THE VISTA UPGRADE SITE AND TRIED TO RE-INSTALL BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING AND OVER. pLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST THE STEPS I JUST MENTIONED ..THEY DO NOT WORK. IS THERE ANOTHER POSSIBLE SOLUTION???
