The other day when I try to logg in my PC it
shows a pop-up of eRecovery how would you
like to restore your pc? First point says you can
restore your pc by deleting your personal
memory of your hard drive and when i click it, it
says error. Second point says a backup disk and
USB something.. recovery" not to
sure what it says" buy that didnt work either.
Last point was "EXIT" when i press it and it
atomatically restart the pc and bring it back to
the popup. I have know clue what to do. I
brought it to Best Buy to repair it but it cost
way to much and just brought it back home.
Please help me find a solution.

welcome to the world of spyware and keyloggers. Rule number
1...NEVER click on any of those suggested commands because
now you have activated the problem and it may take quite awhile
to clean up the problems.
There are a list of good free cleaners in my signature link listed
on one page.
You can start with Malwarebytes.
