Hi! Sabertooth. I thought I had solved my problem with backup and restore, when I found an answer in the microsoft database, to resize the Shadow copy storage space, but then I got another error message : 0x800703f9, which I can't find an answer to.
I have got programs that I need to install, but they ask you to backup your registry first, which I cannot do, can you help please. Regardshwillett
i would think a new install of software would create a new restore point, which would already back up the system

I have just received an error message that I can't do a full backup because access is denied because I do not have permission to perform the requested operation because I do not have administration rights, which is ridiculous, this is a standalone computer with only myself on it as administrator, I give up.
