ebay won't let me log in

I can't log on to ebay with either IE7 or firefox. I can get to ebay, but when I try to log on I don't get anything.
Summary: The vista disk management won't let me shrink my main parition more than 120 megs which is really useless. It's 42% free so I don't get why it would be so limiting... Any ideas? I used to use Partitio...
