Well i got Dynamic IP....but i can't change it by just disconnecting/connecting devices or doing ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew in cmd prompt .....

Ip doesn't change when i do that... So i found out new way i go to my browser i tip in default gateway, I tip in default password "admin"... Then i go to Basic Settings... i take Primary Setup and there i can press "Close MAC" when i press it, it asks me to reboot Router i reboot it and IP changed...! But all the time i try diffrent ways to get more IPs not only 3.. always it give me same 3 IPs...
***.***.145.180
***.***.244.192
***.***.145.180
it gives me all the time same IPs ...Isn't there a way to make IPs change diffrent like at least 15 ways to change in... not only

You can't decide what IP your provider gives you.

Do you want to change it 15 ways because you plan to be banned 15 times? All you had to do was use an HTTP proxy server. Then it doesn't matter how many times you are banned.
You can use another one.

Don't ask me where they are. It's a secret.

"and unbanned my self From JK3 server"

I don't know what JK3 servers are but my guess is you are getting banned for very good reasons.

Why don't you change they way your live instead of your IP address?

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

exzo, You did it right. We are only talking about HTTP anyway. That's how you connect to all the forums or whatever that ban you. Since no one wants you around, just keep a list of current working proxies and you'll be able to annoy them forever.
