my pioneer dvr-1810 dvd/cd writer all of a sudden has stopped reading dvds or cds
i went to device manager it says it si working properly
i enen unistalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing
i tried to roll back driver and reinstall and it says no roll back driver

Dirty lens or a dead drive, replacements are cheap.
Unless you have another computer to see if it works in that, replacement is best option.
You don't say how old it is. Some go years others can break down.
