DirectX 10 and 9 games?

I wondered if i have directx 9 graphic card, can i still play all directx 10 games in future?
For example, i can still play company of hero, a directx 10 game, but i can still play with my directx 9 graphic card.

Expecting your DX9 graphics card to play "all" future DX10 titles is wishful thinking.
The reality is: some DX10 titles will play on DX9 cards, although this will be at the expense of possibly mild or tangible graphic details. However, those game titles that are DX10 hardware exclusive won't work.
Fortunately for you, you've got Vista, so you already crossed one half of the DX10 gaming barrier ;-)
