I have spent all day trying to restore and download drivers. Dell is absolutely no help if you have no support contract. - I hope someone can give us an answer soon. -- any of these download driver sites want $$$ and I KNOW it can be fixed easily because I had run an update last night and had sound for about 3 hours.. ran shutdown and today no sound again -- grrrr
