deleting JPeg images

Specs: Windows Vista
Hi, I am new here so please bear with me. I have vista home version and up until a few days ago I haven't had any problems deleting temp. files. Now I have 36 and they ar growing that are JPeg image files from msnbcmedia. I have no clue where they are coming from or hw to get rid of them. I have tried to delete each one and tried shift delete but nothing works. Any help would be appreciatd. Thanks in advance

Try Unlocker and as you don't know where they come from

I think you should run a quick scan with Malwarebytes

Anti Malware a.k.a. MBAM , both are free but MBAM has a

paid for full time protection option should you need it .
