i try to install a program called ;error repair pro 4,01,but allways get the message ;create file failed;code 5

Did you have Administrator rights when you had attempted to install your software ? Do you have a previous version of the software installed and does it have a running process when you try to install the newest version of the software ?
I suggest you contact the software maker about the problem.
