how do you copy files & folders to a new location using Command Prompt on Windows Vista?

i want to copy or move the folder "PSP" ( C:\Users\User\Desktop\PSP ) and its contents to a "USB Drive" OR "CD" OR "SD Card" Using ONLY Command Prompt on Windows Vista...

how EXACTLY do i do this???

copy C:\Users\User\Desktop\PSP\*.* [drive letter destination]

for more info type copy /? or xcopy /? for more info

don't believe you can do it to a cd via command since that requires burning
