well convert isnt the word. first copy all music files off the memory stick and paste inside a blank CD-R disk and then it will say the files are waiting to burn, click burn files now and once its done it will automaticly become an audio CD ready to put in dvd players, pc, radio things whatever

Assuming you want regular audio cd's follow the first posters instructions. If you wish retain the same format as on the flash drive, ie: MP3 or WMA files as a backup, which can also be be played on most modern dvd players, open you burning software, select the files and choose burn as data and select finalise disk.
