On an OEM machine, what you see as redundant partitions more than likely consist of the hidden restore/recovery partitions & you better leave them alone in your best interest!

If you are sure it is free then Vista has that feature built in. I think it is right click on the partition you want to adjust as you see in the photo.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.
