Out of nowhere I got a message that says, "connection status unknown", but I still have internet even though it has been much slower. But I also lost sound, a strange message when I play an mp3 in my WMP, and my usb ports don't work. I have tried many different things on goodle that have not worked, I also get an error message when I try system restore and tried to fix that but nothing worked either. I scanned for a virus but nothing. I typed in something in command prompt also which was one of the solutions of this, but had an error 5 access denied even though I am running as admin. I have tried just about everything i could but nothing has worked. But thanks for reading and I hope there can be some answers soon.
