I haven't much played with Bluetooth devices apart from linking phones to a pc or mac. But I think the basic process is pretty well just that - simple and basic..

Accepting you have Bluetooth cams already... (I would have opted for non Bluetooth -I.e. standard wifi) your pc needs to have Bluetooth capability. Either it comes with it or you add an adapter to achieve it.

Once it is enabled, ensure it's switched on.

Then power up a webcam; ensure it's set to be "discoverable".

On the pc click on the Bluetooth icon and then "add a device"

Likely you have to select the webcam from any devices detected; and also enter some details/security info.

Once it's entered - essentially follow the steps as they are revealed to you - the cam will be accessible...

Presumably repeat for each webcam...; as the security info wil be slightly different for each webcam?

The basic how to connect bluetooth gadgets to computer is "relatively straightforward; but the info above is condensed to some significant degree from:

Which I suggest read in more detail. Likely it will enable you achieve it all relatively easily... The site gives you more helpful/detailed guide. All credit to it.

I don't see any need for a router if my interpretation Bluetooth with multiple devices is correct? Using standard wifi a router would be be required.

Bluetooth has very limited range; whereas standard wifi is much greater and allows more options too In terms of monitoring.

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are two totally different protocols. Blutooth does not talk through a wireless router so you need to figure out how you want to connect.

Do you already have the equipment or are you just looking for suggestions right now?
