Computer Won't Boot Up

My Acer Aspire 4730z fell the other day and it seemed fine at first. Then, when I went to boot it up soon after, it never went past the boot options menu.
Although I did manage to factory restore my laptop at first, it soon crashed again. This time, when I tried to go to the Acer eRecovery Management window, it freezes before it.
After it shows the Acer logo when it first boots, it then goes to a black screen and locks. What is there that I can do without sending it back to Acer?

I figure also that it could be damaged hard drive or graphics card. I had exactly the same issue two days ago, and the laptop did start misbehaving when watching a long series of slides???
