I have a Sony laptop, so yesterday I swept my computer using the webroot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware then after I swept my computer, I saw a message saying to restore the computer now or later, so I put click later,I didn't restore the computer, After 2 hours I turned the computer off, then in the morning I wanted to login but my computer didn't allow me, I'm using Windows Vista and I have three user accounts in my PC. so when I turn on the computer after 30 seconds the computer turns off automatically I tried to login on my account but the computer turn off then it turns on so I tried to use the Last known good Configuration (Advanced) and it works, and I think the problem was that I didn't restore my computer after i swept, I do not know, can anyone help me to solve my login problem.

Is the version of the software suitable for Vista? In any case, it sounds as if it removed files it shouldn't have. Last known Good Configuration I believe restores only the registry to a previous state.
The safest spyware removal tool I've used is Malware Bytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Several people here use Superantispyware to do the same job.
Personally if it were my computer it did this to, I would stop using it.
If you continue to use this software you should carefully check the items it is about to remove, and never simply 'click through' The fact that you were prompted to restart indicates it was about to, or had, removed some system files.

Computers... designed to entertain, help with work but most of all to frustrate you!
