I have called my IP and they said that my computer is causing this problem. I think that they are right because I can connect my lap-top without problems. They said that I should try to disconnect and then connect again following step by step instructions. It didn't help. Then I have tried to run command prompt, commands like ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew, but it didn't work out.It said that session has timed out. Now let me say this. Everything started after I moved my computers around. I didn't have any problems before that. I have checked how everything is connected to make sure that is correct.

How to run the scan if I can't to connect to internet?
What "scan" you talking about dude? "Run Free Scan For Common System Errors?"
That's a trash ad man. Don't mess with that Uniblue Registry Booster garbage. You can get registry cleaners for free. That's just ads to pay for this site.
Jimi.
Hello , I think that your problem is one of two things corrupt dns or damaged winsock , so ,
To flush DNS
go to start orbin the search box type cmd
in the result panel right click cmd.exe
select run as administrator
type ipconfig /flushdns , Note the space between g and / , press enter
when it's finished type exitAnd from the same elevated command prompt type
netmesh winsock resetIf you have set up a network , then start>>network>>network and sharing center>>diagnose and repair
It didn't help
the pointers I gave are not scans online, they are command line commands...goto another machine and print out the commands, then implement them on your machine...and/or NOT Good Luck
fqdn17, that is obvious. So what the heck do YOU think he is talking about when he wants to do online scan?
lol. He probably thinks the ad about registry is a post.Jimi.
