To those whose systems aren't capable of implementing Vista's "Aero" glass theme, and others who think they might be missing out on a lot without the theme, here's to visualizing what you aren't missing.

Why the heck does Vista Basic look better than Vista Standard? Lol, I found that kind of funny. I almost couldn't tell the difference between Standard and Aero.

I have to say though, and maybe I'll get chided, lol, that really the pricing isn't all that horrible if you stick to the Basic and Aero versions. Heck, XP is still 200 bucks even after this many years, so basically it's an extra 40 bucks for the new interface.

I'll be dang if I pay the 399 though, that's just stupid...wait a minute, lol, I won't be paying anything, I'm going to Linux. Seriously though, I hope to god this time they get it right in the security department. Sadly I just have this gut feeling that it's going to be business as usual though, I hope I'm wrong.
