I am getting an error message that states the Comm Surogate Not Working. I can only assume it has something to do with my comm ports but I am connected to the internet and everything is working. Has anyone else had this problem? If you did, how did you deal with it? Thanks for any and all advice.

I've tried running an error check out of control panel but no solution is forthcoming!

Thanks Orbital. I'll try that. I was going to say that Microsoft's Knowledge Base recognizes this as a problem with Nero. I bought the Nero 7.5 Ultra that is supposed to be compatible with Vista. Have uninstalled it and so far I have not had that same error show up so I am assuming it does have something to do with Nero.

The replies I got from the knowledge base article said some have found the Nero Program not having that problem after it was uninstalled and then reinstalled. I will keep this forum posted as I deal with it.
