It has probably been asked about a million times but... Yes I am getting the com surrogate error. Fresh install nothing else installed, I have not installed Divx or Nero, I changed the DEP etc.. and I still get the surrogate error. Has anyone found out anything new.

I don't have Nero installed nor Divx even when they were installed I had done all that so I ended up formatting but it is still happening even though Nero and Divx are not installed.
