hi
i wanted to know what COM Surrogate is... and to maybe help you understand a bit better, here is what happens:
i open a folder where there are video files, and they're trying to show the thumbnail and the computer is working but there's a message saying:
"COM Surrogate has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available."

And basicly, the video file don't show the thumbnail and if i click close program it just reappears unless i close the window with the video files...

what can i do to stop this?

Jo
