Hi, everybody!
I got two 500Gb SATA-2 hard drives of Samsung and Seagate accordingly, bought one after another. They both has all the same parameters, so i was sure it's more than enough to link them to RAID(0) array for better perfomance. I was wrong! So, what i'm going to try to do now: Buying another Samsung HD501LJ - 500Gb, so i will have TWINS. Linking them as a RAID(0) array and formatting it as virtually 1TB Size partition drive. Connecting my Seagate with Bootable OS to another SATA controller and boot from it as usual and then clone a whole Drive to Samsung array. But will it work in this case or is it possible at all? What's the best software to use? Your suggestions or advices will be very helpful! THANK YOU FORWARD! :-))
