How to cleanup old desktop background "picture location" path history in Vista.

1. Start

2. Start search

3. Type Regedit

4. Click on regedit.exe

5. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Wallpapers \ Images

6. Delete the location history on the right hand side under Images.

Now the next time you open up your Desktop Background "picture location" path history the background paths that you no longer have pictures located in should be gone from the list.
