this issue pertains to not only my vista system, but also xp. have noticed that when I play internet videos they play choppy until I move the cursor around (either over the video while playing, or around on the desktop while video plays). any ideas what may be causing this issue? this only occurs using the internet (not with dvd's). I am using cable internet through Verizon.
